Jim Faran - Cascade Superhero

Meet Jim Faran!

When visibility gets rough, racking gets tight, or loads get just plain weird, you need a pro who’s seen it all and knows what tool to reach for—that’s Jim Faran.

Witness an everyday forklift hero who shows up when things get complicated, and solves whatever challenge lies ahead. Watch Jim jump into every sticky situation and crazy scenario, as he and his handy Cascade attachments find a way to get the job done.

Season 1 - I "Sense" A Problem

S1 - Episode 1 - "You Get a Raise!"

Bossman is rushed for time, and needs a specific load in the truck ASAP!
Jim uses the embedded camera in his Sensor Forks to read the tiny labels and select the right load in a high-racking environment. 

ULTIMATE SOLUTION:
Cascade Sensor Forks - Visual assist from the fork-tip mounted camera allows Jim to easily read the labels, select the correct load and load the truck before it departs.

S1 - Episode 2 - Dimly Lit

Jim’s reckless co-worker overdrives a pallet and smashes his forks into a high voltage box, as a result, the lights to go out in the entire warehouse.  

The driver of the truck in Bay 2 is on a tight schedule and has no time to wait. Bossman calls in Jim to save the day. 

ULTIMATE SOLUTION:
Cascade Sensor Forks - Jim uses the embedded light in the Sensor Forks to read the label, and reference lines on the display to easily pick the correct load and get it to the truck on time. 

 

 

S1 - Episode 3 - Easy Does It

Bossman still needs that load from the tricky spot that Jim's (former) coworker attempted in Episode 2. 

 

No fear, Jim is here and he's ready for the challenge. 

 

ULTIMATE SOLUTION:
Cascade Sensor Forks - Jim uses the Vertical Object Detection & Distance Sensors in the fork-tip to alert him when the forks have reached the end of the pallet and prevents overdriving - ultimately saving the day once again.
